ver 20 years and knows all the important places in town. Her friends, who live in the city too, also tell her that she is very good at giving clear and easy-to-follow directions. O Lara has a slight accent that made it difficult for the tourists to understand O She usually gives directions based on the places her friends are familiar with but couldn't do the same with the tourists O The tourists didn't have a map or GPS with them and couldn't record what Lara was saying O Lara had never heard of the hotel the tourists were asking for help to find.
