A student made a sketch of a potential energy diagram to represent an exothermic reaction.

This diagram is incorrect because in an exothermic reaction, the amount of potential energy in of the reactants is higher than that of the products because energy is being released. In this diagram, the potential energy of the products is higher than the reactants, which would represent an endothermic reaction because energy is being absorbed. If you simply look up exothermic reactions and endothermic reactions, you can view countless images of digrams that show this.

Step-by-step explanation:

What we are trying to show is the alternative hypothesis. Here, we are trying to show that what the company claims is wrong; less than 80% of the company's customers are under 30.

Gelneren [198K]
(a)
the list would be
-20, -12, -8, -1, 1, 5, 10
the other intergers would have to be greater than 1 in order to be on the correct side and cause 1 to be in the middle. They could be anything but 5 and 10 because these were already chosen.

(b)
the list would be like before
-3 was not included so one of the chosen would be -3 and the other would have to be less than -3 but not -8, -12, or -20 beacuse those were already chosen

Factor to find the zeros of the function:
enyata [817]

Step-by-step explanation:

y = 8x² + 8x - 96

y = 8(x² + x - 12)

y = 8(x + 4)(x - 3)

When y = 0, 8(x + 4)(x - 3) = 0.

=> x = -4 or x = 3. (B)

A triangle has sides with length of 11 feet 12 feet and 13 feet. Is it a right triangle
krek1111 [17]

Answer:

No

Step-by-step explanation:

It will be a right triangle if it follows Pyhthagoras Theorem . Where the sum of squares of two smaller sides is equal to the square of the 3rd side. Let's check ,

→ 11²+ 12² = 13²

→ 121 + 144 = 169

→ 265 ≠ 169

Hence the ∆ is not a right angled triangle
