Extremely. If I'm depressed, I won't shower, wash my face, or do basically any important hygiene. That leads to acne, skin conditions, hair issues, etc. When I focus on myself spiritually, I feel that I only do so when I'm in a good mood or have the energy to spare. I don't want to sound like a kook, but mind over matter really does exist.

I think a person's mental condition affects a person's health a lot. For example, depression can make it really hard to take care of yourself, even just getting out of bed. A persons overall wellness definitely isn't just their physical health, mental health plays a big part. There's even been some studies and statistics that show that anxiety and stress can shorten your life span.
