There are stable days, stable moments but never just a stable time period. There are too many corruptions and disasters in the world to consider any time a "stable time". Until the world has complete and total peace, there will not be any stability. As long as the world has terrorism, unstable economies, war, nothing can be described as stable. The times we live in today, more and more art as well as literature are becoming things done by technology.
