In number 1 the question say "What does the picture depict or portray" it means you describe the picture what do you see the finger doing to those people

In number 2 what do you learn about the messages of the picture just think what do you learn in the picture ist good to do or no and what message did the picture say

in 3 the question is asking you if you ever experienced that

in my opinion I think the picture portray is about bullying pushing other people hurting them people judge them people push them away

1.The picture Portrays that war is just pushing people one step closer to death also it proves that war is for nothing nothing to gain and nothing to lose therefore we should be more like the person on the far left living his/her life the way we should do, peacefully
