To our Staff members;

I would like you all to read this mail carefully. We have got many complaints from patients. They are about the unprofessional language you use and the inappropriate discussions you have. These can be heard in the patient lobby. We think that the medical staff must not behave unprofessionally since this will certainly make the patients feel worse. They come to us because they need our help. Most of them come because they have serious health problems, so if they notice our medical staff are not professional , they will not rely on us and their health problems will get worse. Therefore, this inappropriate behavior cannot continue . If it goes on, we will have to take serious measures.

Hello staff,
I need to inform you that our workplace discussions are being poisoned with inappropriate launguage. It is quite distracting and could ruin the patient's trust in us since they could easily hear it through the door. This behavior can not go forward without dragging us down.
Thank you for reading

frozen [14]
The subject matter is in the poem's title. Their is a resentful mood although it's not plainly stated that the author resented her mother. Her mother's house represents the attitude of her mother; the walls stood at attention, the air knew to hold its breath, the polished floor defied heel marks... The personification is plain in these opening observations and, given the subject matter, it seems plain that these are reflections of the author's mother. It would seem that her mother is very commanding, superior, serious. Two lines I think are very telling:
"crinkled in discomfort in my mother's house"
It's not been named a childhood home, rather she's in (imagine italics) Her Mother's House

The lack of corroboration indicates that
ad-work [718]

Corroboration is the evidence that is backed up by the initial evidence. For example, a witness says that I saw a man in black coat entering the store and buying a bag. Later, the saleswoman, who is another witness testifies that she sold the bag to the man in a black coat. In this case, both witnesses confirm the situation and the evidences coincide. When there is no corroboration, there is not any available source to confirm the same information.
