Answer:

In simple words, Whenever a juvenile is accused of breaking a penal code, the process used in a normal criminal prosecution is somewhat dissimilar from that employed by adult felons.

A minor can come into communication with laws officers as a result of a suspected breach of a specific law in a range of methods. Police apprehend some juveniles, and others are reported to authorities by their family or school administrators .

A law enforcement officer can choose to interact with a juvenile in a variety of ways, depending on how the police learn of a possible juvenile case. In general, they are issued a warning or sometimes referred to Juvenile court.

Read this excerpt from the US Constitution. Which portion of the text is an example of separation of powers?
asambeis [7]

The correct answer is Article I Section 1. All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.

The idea of separation of powers refers to a government in which there are several different branches that each have unique responsibilities. The aforementioned part of the Constitution is a perfect example of this, as it states that Congress has the ability to make laws in the US. Congress is given the ability to make laws, whereas the Supreme Court is given the power to interpret the constitution and whether or not laws are constitutonal, and the President is given the power to enforce the laws. This shows that each branch has a specific job in our government.
