Not so long ago, there was a night when even the crickets were still. The sky was an ominous grey as the stars came out from their hiding places. Most filled the air with their radiance. Others slowly faded into view, like a shy kitten. But even before the dimmest of stars could come into view, thunderous clouds rolled in, abrupt to the beginning of the glorious eve.
