Answer:

Scrooge was a grumpy old man who disliked Christmas and was always mad at everybody. Once the three spirits, Past spirit, Present spirit, and Future spirit, have taught him a lesson about kindness and how its not too late to be forgiving. Scrooge then wakes up and started being kind to everybody in the town, for example, Scrooge bought kids gifts,  increased his worker(s) wage, and decided to join Scrooges family Christmas party on which he declined at the beginning of the story. Therefore, Scrooge has changed from a disrespectful, mean man to a nice, pleasurable

man.

Which central idea does this speech about omens best support?
Nastasia [14]
The Central idea of this speech is that Fate is everything and it determines everything in your life. If you want to change and defy your fate you shouldn’t do it if you don’t have the will power and aren’t willing to lose everything in the process. Even if you fail miserably you should be committed to fight and sacrifice you life for your freedom and well-being.

In what way is Grendel a modern-day monster rather than a traditional,a historical monster?
r-ruslan [8.4K]
Grendel can be considered to be a
modern-day monster primarily because
there are so many human characteristics in
him, and in the old days that wasn't the way
in which monsters were portrayed. Here
we can see that Grendel feels hatred
towards the soldiers, that he is also afraid
when he sees Beowulf, he isn't just a
mindless monster lusting for blood, there is
a reason behind him doing all the killings.

Answer:

B vows to banish her from Verona,

Explanation:

In fact, she flatly refuses to marry Paris--or anyone else, for that matter. Capulet's reaction is extraordinary. He yells at her, he curses her, he calls her names, and he vows to disown her. And his language is such that we believe him, and so does Juliet.
