If you don't know or remember the definitions here's a Reminder Territorial means 1. relating to the ownership of an area of land or sea. "territorial disputes", Demographic relating to the structure of populations. "the demographic trend is toward an older population", And From _ Nationalist Developments nationalism is an idea and movement that promotes the interests of a particular nation (as in a group of people),[1] especially with the aim of gaining and maintaining the nation's sovereignty (self-governance) over its homeland. Nationalism holds that each nation should govern itself, free from outside interference (self-determination), that a nation is a natural and ideal basis for a polity[2] and that the nation is the only rightful source of political power (popular sovereignty). There are various definitions of a "nation" which leads to different types of nationalism, throughout History. Ethnic nationalism defines the nation in terms of shared ethnicity, heritage and culture while civic nationalism defines the nation in terms of shared citizenship, values and institutions, and is linked to constitutional patriotism. Before, people have had an attachment to their kin group and traditions, territorial authorities and their homeland, but nationalism did not become a widely recognized concept until the end of the 18th century.[9] There are three paradigms for understanding the origins and basis of nationalism. Primordialism (perennialism) proposes that there have always been nations and that nationalism is a natural phenomenon. Ethnosymbolism explains nationalism as a dynamic, evolutionary phenomenon and stresses the importance of symbols, myths and traditions in the development of nations and nationalism.

. At a given water/cement ratio, a change in the cement content or aggregate grading can be made to
Lesechka [4]

Answer:

It reduces strength.

Explanation:

It not desirable to produce concrete mixtures of a higher consistency than normal because the strength of the concrete decreases. Consistency plays an important role in the determination of strength of concrete. Less water than normal quantity in concrete increases the consistency but decreases strength due to incomplete chemical reaction while on the other hand, adding more water would increase water-cement ratio and reduces consistency as well as strength of the concrete so that's why necessary amount of water and cement should be added to get higher strength.
