<span>Since a peasant owns little property and works in the employ of a landowner or business owner, he or she would have little concern for the loss of property and be less concerned if the flow of products is disrupted. He or she would also have more incentive to invest in a revolution that upended the status quo and allowed for more mobility within the social and economic hierarchies. The merchant would be invested in quelling any rebellion that would interrupt the economy and cause destruction of property and good.</span>
Melissa's argument will be strengthen by the fact that most of the employees want their duty hours to be more flexible, depending on their lifestyle. This would mean that more of the employees will be encouraged to join the company and perform better in order to stay.
<span>There are a few ways that may cause me to forget the process of classical conditioning. First, I could be having retroactive interference. In this case, the newer information that I am just now learning about could be interfering with my retrieval of previous information. Second, I could be experiencing decay. This would mean that it’s been so long since I’ve learned about classical conditioning that my memory trace has not been used and I’ve started to forget about it. Finally, I also could simply have failed to process the memory in a process known as encoding failure. (One more option is that I am suffering from retrograde amnesia, but that is unlikely).</span>
