Eukaryotic cells have nuclear membranes, whereas prokaryotic cells do not. They both have a nuclear body, but the prokaryotic cell does not have an actual nucleus. Both cells have DNA, they just have it constructed differently. Also, eukaryotic cells are larger than prokaryotic cells, not smaller.  Hope this helps!
