The inhibition caused by the final end product of a reaction is called
Troyanec [42]

Answer:

Non competitive inhibition

Explanation:

Hello,

During enzymatic catalysis, the active sites could be occupied by the very same products' molecules turning out into an inhibition (the reaction starts to slow down since to active places are available for the reagents to react). Nonetheless this inhibition is not competitive as long as the product does not react due to the active sites it is occupying.

Best regards.

a beaker of benzene is at room temperature. what is its vapor pressure. Is this vapor pressure large enough to cause the benzene
Serhud [2]

Answer:

(1). The vapor pressure is 91 mmHg at 20°C.

(2). No, benzene will not boil at sea level.

Explanation:

Benzene, C6H6 is an aromatic, liquid compound with with molar mass of 78.11 g/mol and Melting point of 5.5 °C. One of the importance or the uses of benzene is in the making of fibres and plastics.

The vapour pressure of benzene can be gotten from the table showing the vapor pressure of different liquids.

Boiling point can simply be defined as the point or the temperature in which the vapor pressure is the same with the atmospheric pressure.

The atmospheric pressure is 760mmHg, while the vapor pressure at sea level is at the temperature of 15°C which is equal to 71 mmHg( from the table showing the vapor pressure of different liquids).

71 mmHg is not equal to 760 mmHg, thus, at sea level Benzene will not boil.

A buffer contains equal amounts of a weak acid and its conjugate base and has a ph of 5.25. part a which would be a reasonable v
gregori [183]
Hello!

After the addition of a small amount of acid, a reasonable value of buffer pH would be 5,15.

If initially there are equal amounts of a weak acid and its conjugate base, the pH would be equal to the pKa, according to the Henderson-Hasselbach equation:

pH=pKa+log( \frac{[A^{-}] }{[HA]} ) \\ \\ if [A^{-}]=[HA] \\ \\ pH=pKa + log (1) \\ \\ pH=pKa + 0=5,25

So, when adding a little amount of acid the pH should be only a little lower than the pKa. The value from the list that is a little lower than the pKa is 5.15

Have a nice day!
