Answer:

D minor is relative to F major

Gb major is relative to Eb minor

Notes to C# minor scale are, C# D# E F# G# A B C#  or  Db Eb E Gb Ab A B Db. But the technical correct way to write it is the first way because there are two "E's" and two "A's" in the second one making it incorrect by the laws of writing out scales and whatnot.

Notes to C minor scale are, C D Eb F G Ab Bb C or B# D D# F G G# A# B#

Same thing with this one, The technical correct way to write out a scale is the first way because the second one has two "D's" and two "G's" making it incorrect.

And also, it's a lot easier just to say "C" instead of "B#". It's technically the same note so you could show off to your teacher by calling C B# but don't write out the whole scale like that because you will probably get marked down.

West says, "The state that had looked down at me was now looking up at me or at least looking me in the eye saying thank you in
Mademuasel [1]

Answer: What West is trying to convey, is that an action that he did, made the state change the perspective it had about him.

Explanation: At the beginning of the statement, West expresses how the state was either disappointed or mad by looking down at him. Then, thanks to some event or action that happened probably because of West's growth and maturity, the state was no longer upset, but rather proud and grateful to West for doing the right thing.
