A critique is honestly just your opinion on the work, also you didn’t put any pictures of the pieces of art so no one can actually answer this for you :/
Cueva de las Manos: This is obviously a very old carved image but there is just nothing in this that is really amusing to me. The only thing that attracts my attention is that someone many many years ago carved this. There is just no detail to consider this something worth art. This is more like history.
Gold Inca bird: This is a piece of art crafted with metal which is very unique and hard to create. The wings of the bird have a very cool texture and design. The only thing that is concerning is the body. This is the biggest part in this artwork and there is no design whatsoever. It is just blank and I believe if there was a design added it would be extraordinary.
As you can see, This picture seems realistic, in the old days of farming, and B, C, And D when you look up the images, they dont fit this one, therefore it is A.
Weiwei has used his art to address both the corruption of the Chinese communist government and its outright neglect of human rights. Like political cartoons, his art sends a political message.
A pentatonic scale with lowered 3rds and 7ths. A 4/4 beat with accents on the 2nd and 4th beats (instead of 1st and 3rd beats). The kind of soul and feel that only comes from paying one's dues. That means squeezing each note for maximum feeling.
