The
team clock show the four stages in effective teaming which are
represented in the image attached. This stages include: Investment,
Trust, Innovation and Distancing. We want to know about the
distancing face.
In the distancing face a change makes the members of
the team re-evaluate each of their positions to consider their place
in their group. In this face there are changes and teammates separate
from the group’s goals.
