Answer:

The postal clause gave the power to the congress To establish and manage Post Offices and post Roads. In order to give this power, the federal government has to provide the congress with proper funding.

In today's day and age, sending letters through post office is extremely inefficient. You can achieve the same result by using Email which cost you nothing and require much lesser effort.

As for delivery that contain physical goods, Delivery companies that is operated by the private sector tend to do it much more efficiently compared to the government. They can deliver the goods with a much faster time and less rate of damage goods.

Because of this, that Funding can be allocated to other government programs instead. (maybe to health care or public infrastructure)

Identify at least two states that successful passed prohibition laws.
steposvetlana [31]

In 1838, the state of Massachusetts passed a temperance law banning the sale of spirits in less than 15-gallon quantities; though the law was repealed two years later, it set a precedent for such legislation. Maine passed the first state prohibition laws in 1846, followed by a stricter law in 1851. A number of other states had followed suit by the time the Civil War began in 1861.

See below.

Explanation:

The population is more denser along the Nile River. People tend to live near bodies of water because of their access natural resources (fishing, for example). However, the rest of Egypt's population is sparse since the country is mostly part of the Sahara Desert and you can't really find any beneficial resources in a desert.
