Answer:

it was a dark night and I was returning back home from work. I was tired and the my only wish was to lay down in my bed at home. my usual route being blocked I had to go through a desserted path . I was moving slowly when I heard a rustle of leaves. as anyone at that moment would do, I ignored it. as I moved forward I had a felling that I was being followed. there was a ghostly silence. maybe it was true ? what shall I do? I am gonna die - these questions appeared in my mind as I moved further . suddenly I thought I had to stop or it would come to my house.

without further thought I stopped . the footsteps behind me also stopped. I had to face it now or later. I turned behind and saw there was no one . I ran as fast as my feet could carry me to home. I heaved a long b breathe when I reached home. the next day I consulted a elderly women in my neighbourhood. that's when I got to know the real story. the road I took was , as believed by all , cursed!. many travellers had fell dead there without any health reasons . the doctors told that they were in perfect health but dead!

i was surrounded by many important people but no one that i knew

the cause was unknown
