Assuming the deck is shuffled well and the dealings are random, the answer is the probability she deals a heart on the first dealing * the probability she deals a heart on the second dealing given she dealt a heart on the first dealing. Since we are sampling without replacement we need to include this given part. The answer is in the image :) apologies for bad handwriting but answer is .0588 or a 5.88% chance
