Powers of the President as well as responsibilities are also established under this article. Section 1 of the Article 2 of the US constitution further sets the eligibility as well as the qualifications required in order to serve was the President of United States.  

Some of the formal qualifications that are outlined in the US constitution says that a person who is to be the President of the United States would be natural born citizen of the country or should be minimum of 35 years of age and if that person is not a natural born citizen, then he/she should be resident of the United States from last fourteen years. <u>These are the qualifications which are specifically and formally mentioned in the constitution of the United States. </u>
