Sometimes feelings put you in this state of mind where you can't think and can put you in the state of mind where you can think about certain things all the time. Feelings is what makes us human. Feelings are important because they help us to take action, to survive,  avoid danger, to make decisions,and  to understand others. They also  help other people to understand us. If we didn't have feelings , life as we know it would be boring.
