Answer
18j + 63 + 45j & 63j + 63

Explanation
What I did to solve this is you do 9 times 2j that will give you 18j then 9 times 7 that will give you 63 then 9 times 5 that will give you 45j. So your expression for that will be 18j + 63 + 45j. Now for the second expression what I did was I added that like terms 18j and 45j.
18j + 45j will give you an answer of 63j. Now the 63 you have because you multiplied 9 times 7, that stays the same, you don’t do anything to the 63. So your second expression will be 63j + 63.

Final answer:
first expression= 18j + 63 + 45j
Second expression= 63j + 63

Hope this helped you understand!

A family of 2 adults and 3 children went on holiday to Miami.
oksano4ka [1.4K]

Answer:

£175

Step-by-step explanation:

Given the exchange rate was £1 = 1.84 dollars.

We are to change 322 dollars to pounds (£).

£1 = 1.84 dollars.

x = 322 dollars

Cross multiply

1.84 * x = 322

1.84x = 322

x = 322/1.84

x = 175

Hence 322 dollars in pounds will be £175

I need help this Question
Delicious77 [7]

Using the combination formula, it is found that the number of ways to choose the presenters is given by:

C. 462.

The order in which the presents are chosen is not important, hence the combination formula is used to solve this question.

What is the combination formula?

C_{n,x} is the number of different combinations of x objects from a set of n elements, given by:

C_{n,x} = \frac{n!}{x!(n-x)!}

In this problem, 6 students are chosen from a set of 11, hence the number of ways is given by:

C_{11,6} = \frac{11!}{6!5!} = 462

The question we need to ask is what percent of 2 is 40?

40 is 20 times 2 so 20 would be 2,000%

We need to subract 100% from any percent change:

2,000% - 100% = 1,900%
