The Executive branch can veto acts of Congress by the President choosing not to sign the act into law. ... The Judicial branch can declare acts of the President unconstitutional, which removes them from the law.

Explanation :Congress can override a veto by passing the act by a two-thirds vote in both the House and the Senate. (Usually an act is passed with a simple majority.)
