Answer: Well I take it that Cellular respiration is more complex because of the fact that fermentation is actually easier than that of the Cellular process and when I say Cellular is more complex I mean it probably takes more time and has more different parts than fermentation.

And I hope I helped explained the best way I could!

Explanation:

Fermentation is a simpler process that produces the products within a single step. ... While aerobic respiration and fermentation both produce energy, the products of the processes are in different forms. The products of aerobic respiration are carbon dioxide, water, and energy in the form of ATP.

To get the greatest production of food with normal sunlight, crops have been developed with _____.
olasank [31]

The right answer is A. greater leaf surface area.

In botany and agronomy, the specific leaf area (SFS) is defined as the ratio of the leaf area to the dry weight of the leaf (expressed in m².kg-1).

The specific leaf area reflects the "thickness" of the leaves and has a particular physiological significance. This parameter is correlated positively with the photosynthetic capacity of the plant.

The specific leaf area can be used to estimate the reproductive strategy of a particular plant based on, among other factors, light and moisture levels. The specific leaf area is one of the most widely accepted key features used in the study of leaves.

Add a metabolic poison to the water to block any active metabolism and see if the seed germinates the same as without the poison.

  • The percent increase in mass decreases with rising temperature. As temperature rises, its value approaches that of the percent increase in mass.
  • There are two types of requirements for microbial growth: physical and chemical. Osmotic pressure, pH, and temperature are examples of physical factors.
  • Water, supplies of carbon and nitrogen, minerals, oxygen, and organic growth stimulants are all chemical necessities.
  • hence by using poison to block the active metabolism of seed the chemical growth will be restricted. If the seed still swells this means that it is a physical process.
  • If the seed swelling stops then the process is considered chemical.
