<span>The holy land is an important site for all three monotheistic faiths because it is mostly where the houses and buildings of worship for their religions are. For example, the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, which is where Jesus was crucifixion, burial, and resurrection. How did trenches prolong WWI?
sertanlavr [38]
Well the use of trenches prolonged WWI because it was another kind of land warfare where most of the ground in which they were fighting consisted mostly trenches. These trenches protected them from most artillery and normal gun fire. So it was almost like a stalemate.
