It seems that you answered the question but yes most of the above. Phones connect by satellites made communication faster and helped connect people from all over the world. Cars and new ways of transportation made the economy faster by getting goods where they needed to be quicker. Through "the phone" we discovered "the meme" and " the vine" in its natural habitat, "the Tik Tok" and we created a new language (i mean instead of just saying something is funny like normal people we are all of a sudden dead). The internet gave us a place to share those memes and vines and the Tikety Toketies so that more people could see them and that as just the beginning of the uses our newfound pandemic of technolgy can give us but the ones listed are the only "relevant" ones.
