Athenian democracy wasn’t perfect. For example, Athenian democracy excluded women, slaves, children, and foreigners. These indiv

iduals didn’t have citizenship and could not vote. Therefore, they did not have any influence on the government at this time.
American democracy was similar to Athenian democracy for much of US history. Review this information on voting rights, and then answer the following questions:
