False. For a timeline to be meaningful it should contain a factual body rather than an artistic touch for the audience to have a more accurate understanding to the said timeline. By being more factual, you are unleashing a deeper meaning to what is originally a beautiful timeline thus by adding an artistic touch, it may add some meaning yet it isn't the secret ingredient of having a timeline that is very meaningful.
