To minimize these problems, we must all seek to limit the pollution that we ourselves cause, but also to charge our governmental guidelines and public policies that promote the reduction of population, industries and agriculture.
In Kerala, we managed to get the attention of the government and demand an effective position on pollution and after many discussions we managed to get the government to authorize the general ban on disposable plastic, which will drastically modify our state's waste generation and decrease the pollution that these wastes can cause.
We know that this was a great victory for the environmental sector and we are very happy, but not satisfied, since we would like other states to adopt this ban in their territories. For that, we would need the full disclosure of this event and its importance for our world and our life.
