Explanation:

The marketing communication used in an advertisement to be effective must be able to attract the attention of the target audience, converting it into benefits for companies, such as increased sales, greater traffic and engagement in the organization's social media, etc.

For this, advertising techniques are used in order to make it more attractive, such as the use of terms of effect, jargon, mental triggers, such as the scarcity trigger that induces consumers to buy the product before end. Some words are also well used to attract attention, and are keywords in advertisements such as: discount, low price, satisfaction, sophistication, quality, etc.

Why do you think people refer to the area where coffee beans are grown as the Bean Belt?
Fittoniya [83]
A belt is a release of gas. Gas exited through your mouth, so when this location is called a bean belt, it is referring to how coffee beans are exiting their original location, like a burp does. (This purely in my opinion, I have no knowledge of this.)
