For the left image (Q3), you have to listen to the audio. It will say full sentences and you have to fill in the gaps in the text below, based on what it says.

For example, the audio can say "Mes parents sont divorcés" and therefore, you have to write "parents" in the gap.

For the right image (Q1), I think you will hear questions such as "Who is Sophie's dad, etc." and you have to look at the family tree to see who the relative is and name them.

For example, in this case, Sophie's dad would be Paul.
