A Giant factory farm uses large open lagoons to treat waste from the buildings where hogs are stored. The problem is that the lagoons smell awful and, during rainstorms, they are at risk of spilling into surrounding river systems. Design a solution that resolves the smell and water contamination risk and allows the farm to continue to raise hogs.

Build up a wall around the lagoons a little bit to keep it from spilling over make the wall about 5-ish feet tall and made of concrete.  as for the smell i can't quite figure it out but if they have air filtration systems and somthing that releases a good smell it will at least help the smell be a little better.
