Explanation:

If 1 cm: 9km
Then ?:27.8

So to solve this problem we would divide 250/9 and we get 27.77...

And since it asks us to round to the nearest tenth we get 27.8
Because we look at the hundredth place and see if the number if is greater or less than 5

If less than 5, then we keep the number in the tenth place
If greater than 5, then we add 1 to the number in the tenth place

So, the answer 27.8 cm
