Which sentence from Last Lecture supports the idea that it's important to have far-reaching goals? I was going back through the

family archives, and what was really amazing was, I couldn’t find any pictures of me as a kid where I wasn’t smiling…. When you are 8 or 9 years old and you look at the TV set, men are landing on the moon, anything’s possible. I did not dream of being an astronaut, because when I was a little kid, I wore glasses and they told me oh, astronauts can’t have glasses. And he showed up for practice the first day, and you know, there’s big hulking guy, we were all scared to death of him.

recycling your clothes . when talking about recycling ,people don't seem to consider the recycling of clothes
Rufina [12.5K]
Recycle brings up the image of shredded paper, chipped wood so it's use to recycle clothes may not lend itself to the best use for the word clothes.

I love the word "repurpose" for clothes or furniture. One can turn it into something else, such as using an old T-shirt to make a pillow or a dresser drawer to make a shelf. It's being given a new use with a new purpose.

Which one is more correct?
Lera25 [3.4K]

Answer:

2, This is literally the worst thing in the world.

  • The term "That's" is to state a fact.
  • These sentences are hyperboles, which means it's not meant to be taken seriously.
  • So that is why "that's" is incorrect, and "this is" is correct.

I hope this helped at all.
