In a post-9/11 world, has America progressed in its inclusiveness? Why or why not?

This question is subjective. It really just depends on how you feel about it. Was 911 a defining moment in America history? Some might say yes and others might say no. If you are a discriminated and disenfranchised African American you might not feel this country is very inclusive. If you are a privileged white male you might feel the opposite. If you are women who suffers from workplace sexual harassment and objectification, you might not feel this country is very inclusive. If you are an Evangelical Christian you might feel America is too inclusive. If you're gay or lesbian you might not feel this society is very inclusive. The question is more about eliciting your feelings and how you reason about the world than some objective answer.

The Spanish attempted to ward off future threats on present-day California byA.building a great wall.
iris [78.8K]

the correct answer is (B) building missions.

The missions were built by the Spanish starting the year 1769 in order to "colonize" the territory of Alta California, which they had discovered over two centuries earlier. The mission system required that Indians brought into a mission by being baptized into the faith and through this they could become"civilized." This was considered a big plus for supporting the use missions as the central element in colonization.

Why does a bank want collateral
Rama09 [41]

The bank wants to give you an incentive to pay back the loan. If they did not hold your assets as collateral, you could simply fail to pay back the loan and really not lose anything other than your credit score. Many borrowers already have tarnished credit scores, so that is rarely enough incentive to base a loan on.

I would put this into your own words considering I copied and pasted it. Other than that I hope this helps!
