Answer:

As a mixed fraction, it would be 1 3/32

35:32 would be:

Part A is 35/67 of the whole

Part B is 32/67 of the whole

I would need more context on what "to" means, if a fraction or a ratio.

Hope this helps,

maddy wants to rent a faster scooter. it costs 10.00, plus 4.25/h she has 27.00 how many hours can maddy rent the faster scooter
Gemiola [76]
Since the scooter costs $10, we can subtract $10 from $27.
That leaves us with $17.
The scooter costs $4.25/hr, so:
17/ 4.25 = the hours that Maddy can rent the scooter for.
17/ 4.25 = 4
Maddy can rent the scooter for 4 hours.

Find the lateral surface area of the cylinder. use 3.14 for π, and round your answer to the nearest hundredth. refer to your sta
Mariana [72]

The lateral surface area of the given cylinder of radius 10cm and height of 5cm is 314cm sq.

<h3>What is the lateral surface area of the cylinder?</h3>

For a right circular cylinder of radius r and height h, the lateral surface area is the product of diameter to the height and pie.

The lateral surface area of the cylinder = 2πrh

Let assume Radius, r = 10

Height, h = 5.

The lateral surface area of the cylinder = 2πrh

       = 2 × 3.14 × 10 × 5

       =  314cm sq.

How do i graph a quadratic function
kirill [66]

I normally use a graphing calculator, but if you need to graph by hand I normally make a table with the x-values of -5 to 5 and plug in those range of x-values to graph the dots on the plot.

For example, if the function was x^2, I would want to start with a table, and plug in my x-values to given formula as I go through each x.

x = -5 then y = (-5)^{2} =25

x = -4 then y = (-4)^{2} =16

x = -3 then y = (-3)^{2} =9

x = -2 then y = (-2)^{2} =4

x = -1 then y = (-1)^{2} =1

x = 0 then y = 0

x = 1 then y = (1)^{2} =1

x = 2 then y = (2)^{2} =4

x = 3 then y = (3)^{2} =9

x = 4 then y = (4)^{2} =16

x = 5 then y = (5)^{2} =25

Of course you don't have to use for the x-values -5 to 5 if it's too long. At least 5 points should be made on the graph to improve accuracy. Other things like max, min, y-intercept, slope, x-intercept, etc all matter when graphing but if you were to just look at how to draw the basic functions first and how they look like, everything else will come naturally.

Now that the table of x and y values are made, you just need to plot this on a graph and connect the dots. The rest of the graph can be sketched to be an estimate of what the other values of x would possibly be equal to. As long as the bottom points of x^2 is complete and accurate the rest is drawn as close as you can make it, if that makes sense...

Hope that helps!
