Answer:

explanation below

Explanation:

Many items were traded between the West African and North African people and the two most notable ones were salt and gold.

West Africans did not have any local source of salt at that time and so they decided to get it from places like Taghaza, in the Nothern region of Mali.

The salts are usually been dug from the ground by miners and the salts were transported through caravans, controlled by the Berbers who acted as the intermediaries between the West and North African states.

In act iii, how does claudius react to the play "the murder of gonzago - the mousetrap"? check all that apply
dusya [7]

Hamlet was a play written about betrayal and deception. Hamlet is trying to collect evidence against Claudius. To try to deceive him, Hamlet fakes being crazy.

In an effort to prove Claudius' guilt, Hamlet stages a play for Claudius and his mother to watch: the murder of Gonzago (The Mousetrap). He wanted to gauge Claudius' reaction during the murder scene.

Claudius' reaction during the scene where the king is murdered was uncomfortable, once he knew what they play was about and said that he needed "some air".

Why did Southern states oppose Hamilton's plan? They were against states' rights. They did not want to have to help pay off othe
timama [110]

Answer:

They did not want to have to help pay off other states' debts.

Explanation:

The Southern states oppose Hamilton's plan because "they did not want to have to help pay off other states' debts."

This is because before Alexander Hamilton makes the proposition, the majority of the southern states had actually paid off their wartime debts using their own money.

Thereby many of them believed other states of the United States should also pay their own debt, without assistance from other states.

Hence, in this case, the correct answer is "They did not want to have to help pay off other states' debts."
