Answer: C. Monopolies decreased competition through controlling the prices of goods.

Explanation:

By controlling the price of goods, monopolistic companies did not leave room for competition. In addition to price control, the monopolistic system implies the absence of competition in the market. President Roosevelt has dealt with monopolies in the United States in all economic sectors. In this way, he created a fairer market and gave an equal opportunity for all.

In Modern America, what events could possibly lead to the secession of states from the union? Be specific and include multiple s
Mrac [35]

In modern America, a war of secession could be caused if some states concentrated on concepts focused on Republican or Democratic ideas. This is because, as we know, these two political aspects have very different, contrasting and adverse ideologies.

Supporters of both ideologies regularly see themselves as hostile and fail to dialogue in a coherent way, highlighting the positive points of each of them and disapproving the negative points that each has. This hostility can trigger tension, which could trigger a secession war if there was a concentration of Republicans in some states and a concentration of Democrats in others.

As we know, the south of the country has a predominance of citizens favorable to republican ideas. Although I do not believe in a possible war of secession today, we can imagine a situation where the concentration of Republicans in the south, generate hostility with the Democratic parties that trigger a second war of secession.

In Congress, he helped draft the Bill of Rights. And from his opposition to Hamilton's financial proposals, the Republican or Jeffersonian Party developed.

1. Why could France accept American pilots?<br> I
Ket [755]

Answer:

down below

Explanation:

Early in the war, many Americans showed a sincere interest in joining the French Air Service. The popularity of the air service among French Soldiers coupled with a suspected spying incident by an American who deserted the air service early in the war, created some resistance by the French initially.

Requests for entry were being granted on an individual basis, usually with the help of a French official. Americans began flying as both pilots and observers within French squadrons with no less than 7 future Lafayette Escadrille members serving in these capacities.

Many were assigned to bombing units flying Voisin pusher style biplanes. Bert Hall flew with a Nieuport squadron. William Thaw was assigned to a Caudron squadron, Escadrille C.42 commanded by Capitaine Georges Thenault, whom eventually became commander of the Lafayette Escadrille.
