The most significant benefit is that you both stay fit and won’t have to woke as hard the next time because your body is already getting used to doing the exercise so it’s easier.

Explanation:

I Excercise daily and this is my routine

Ten minutes: yoga

Ten minutes: five min planks, five min wall sits

15 pushups

15 sit-ups

Two minute water break

Ten minutes: cardio workout

4 minutes: yoga again  

every day it gets easier to do and I stay fit and healthy

It effects our belief's because it tells us the wrong things on our belief and sometimes we fall for it and it hurts us, because we just think we are wrong and they are right, even though we are right, It hurts us mentally and physically, and takes it in a negative way, which effects us. So the best thing to do is ignore the media, and whatever they say, because at one point of your life, it will effect you.
