Answer: It is important to carefully consider the consequences of our actions.

Explanation:

Phaeton was the son of the sun god Helios and when he requested a favor of Helios, the sun god said he could have whatever he wanted. Phaeton requested to ride the Sun chariot which was so challenging that it was said that not even Zeus could ride it.

Helios tried to dissuade Phaeton but he would not relent and on getting his wish, almost brought disaster to the earth but was struck down by Zeus/ Jupiter.

This story therefore shows that we should consider the consequences of our actions before engaging in them as it could lead to serious repercussions.

Answer:

it's pretty good, i added small changes.

Explanation:

Hey, my name is Muhammed. I have a family of 8, I also have 5 sisters, and they are all older than me. Most of us were born in Saudi Arabia, but my other sisters were born in Turkey. One of the reasons I am not going to do online school is because I really enjoy playing volleyball, and I hope that I will be on a volleyball team in Taft. The languages I speak are English, Turkish, and Arabic. We mostly speak Turkish because that is our main language. When I am around my 20's, I will be a lawyer, and when I have enough money to buy apartments, houses, complexes, I will work on real estate since I am going to take lawyer classes and real estate classes at the university.

Question 8 (4 points)
PolarNik [594]

Answer:

b) C and F

Explanation:

Although all these sentences clearly help us imagine the wealth of the residents of Pompton Clewes, they also differ in one way; some of them are completed, provide us with enough information or using comparison to help us paint a full picture, while some of them lack details to help us imagine all the glamour of the houses.

Sentence C, for example, "The houses were designed for maximum space and luxury" does not give more details and descriptions of that design, leaving the readers unable to imagine such house.

Alsi, sentence F, ”Yards clearly enjoyed the care of professional gardeners", in the similar way as the previous, only tells us that the yards enjoyed professional care, not explaining what that means or hiw do they look.
