sports can be played for money or enjoyment whereas physical exercise is the daily activities to keep body and mind sound for a better life. in a sense, different sports offers different action where you also can get the feelings of exercise.

Answer:

Well physical fitness is like workouts that train a specific part of your body. Like for example a push up trains only your triceps and shoulders, or a jog trains your legs. A sport is like a game, it takes skills and fast thinking. Different sports can also train different parts but could not be as effective as like a single exercise. Like for example soccer, it trains your fast thinking skills, endurance, and legs. But you could also just jog in place for 6 sets and you would get as much burn as a soccer player. THe most significatn would be thinking skills and fast reflexes. If your playing basket ball and someone passes you the ball in lesss than a second, your gonna have tot hunk what your gonna have to do, like are you just gonna stand there or drible and shoot or pass it to someone else, but fr a push-up, you just have to do a few sets, you don;t have to worry bout a ball flying towards your face.
