One of the major differences between a fish and a reptile is that a fish makes use of the dorsal and ventral fins for movement, a reptile, on the other hand, makes use of its limbs for locomotion. Another difference is that reptiles are both oviparous and ovoviviparous.

First, reptiles aren't capable of breathing in water due to them having lungs, while fish on the other hand can, since they use gills to breathe in water. Second, reptiles lay their eggs on land, while fish lay their eggs underwater. Third, fish use their fins for locomotion, while reptiles use their legs.
