PLEASE HELP!!! Read this excerpt from a speech that British Prime Minister Winston Churchill made shortly after Japan bombed Pea

rl Harbor. Which part shows Winston Churchill's feelings about the war?
This is a strange Christmas Eve. Almost the whole world is locked in deadly struggle, and, with the most terrible weapons which science can devise, the nations advance upon each other. III would it be for us this Christmastide if we were not sure that no greed for the land or wealth of any other people, no vulgar ambition, no morbid lust for material gain at the expense of others, had led us to the field. Here, in the midst of war, raging and roaring over all the lands and seas, creeping nearer to our hearts and homes, here, amid all the tumult, we have tonight the peace of the spirit in each cottage home and in every generous heart. Therefore we may caat aside for this night at least the cares and dancers which beset us, and make for the children an evening of happiness in a world of storm.

A. This is a strange Christmas Eve.

B. no greed for the land or wealth of any other people, no vulgar ambition, no morbid lust for material gain at the expense of others,

C. raging and roaring over all the lands and seas, creeping nearer to our hearts and homes, here, amid all the tumult

D. make for the children an evening of happiness in a world of storm.

can find a way to write this I don't know what to right plz help. Explain why the resolution in the poem " the inchcape rock is
AleksAgata [21]

The end of the poem is ironic because it shows that the pirate caused his death, thinking he was being benefited.

We can arrive at this answer because:

 • "The Inchcape Rock" shows a bell that was placed on a rock, to prevent ships from sinking when hitting that rock.
 • This is because it was not possible to see the rock when it was raining.
 • However, a pirate named Sir Ralph The Rover looted the sinking ships, but after the bell, the ships stopped sinking, which harmed his business.
 • So the pirate decided to cut the bell from the rock and thought he was benefiting.
 • However, on a stormy day, he could not see the rock and ended up hitting her ship, which caused him to sink and die.

In this case, the resolution of the poem is ironic, because the pirate caused harm to himself, thinking he was causing a benefit.

On what page is the word conversion written?
Tema [17]

Hi, you've asked an incomplete question. However, I inferred you are referring to the web marketing term- conversion.

Explanation:

In web marketing, a successful ad click to a website is often called a conversion. In other words, the number of visitors that respond to an ad urging one to click a form or to make a purchase on a website makes up the conversion rate.
