Again, I'm not ENTIRELY sure about this one, but I think the symbolism is "a wind blew out of a cloud, chilling my beautiful Annabel Lee". I think this is symbolism because it says in the beginning "and that was the reason..." which means that the angels got jealous of the love they had for each other and killed Annabel Lee.
