A dress code exists for the benefit of the company and the workers. Customers expect to go to a business and receive the help that they came for. However, the success of yourself and the business depends on the way you dress. If the business you work for has a dress code, it is respectful to abide by it. This could cause you to endanger yourself in having the job or not.

We chose to go with the dress code being a good choice because we felt that it is something that is essential to a business. If there is no dress code, then there is no organization which can result in a loss of production in a business. Oppositions would come from employees that feel that they have the right to choose what they can and cannot wear.
