Explanation: During interphase the cell’s DNA inside the nucleus replicates forming two strands of DNA or chromosomes. In the interphase the DNA replicates in the S phase. Don’t confuse with G1 since in G1, which comes before S phase, replicates the cellular contents needed for this process
