5x+1y=76
x+y=20

x+y=20
-x -x
y=-x+20

5x+1y=76
5x+1(-x+20)=76
5x-x=56
4x=56
X=14

14+y=26
-14 on both sides
y= 12

So Addy got 14 multiple choice correct and 12 true/false questions correct.

Answer:

\sqrt{29}

Step-by-step explanation:

using the distance formula

d = √(x₂ - x₁ )² + (y₂ - y₁ )²

with (x₁, y₁ ) = (- 2, - 3) and (x₂, y₂ ) = (- 4, 2)

d = \sqrt{(-4+2)^2+(2+3)^2} = \sqrt{4+25} = \sqrt{29} ← in exact form
