Answer:

Hm, I think that it would be fun to reverse some of the cliches

Meet cutes is something that gives readers a good impression on a realationship. I think its funny whenever that goes horribly wrong.

Like for example, a cute momment where they're walking home together under the same umbrella but the umbrella flies away, and in a frenzy they run to the closest place they could find to take shelter from the rain. That place could end up being anything from a bar full of motor cyclists, a roller rink, or anything that will drive their realationship fowards in the direction you want to go.

When your having trouble finding plot points think...

- What is the worst thing that can happen to my character?

- What is the best thing to happen to my character?

- What does my character want, why cant they have it?

- What does my character have, why don't they want it?

Haven't read your story yet, but the title gives me an idea of what its about. Maybe your character can find out about the bet, and instead of getting mad, instead they use it to their advantage and manipulate the bet without the other characters knowing. This could lead to a lot of cute and funny momments.

For me, whenever I get writer block I usually listen to different music that I've never heard before or different shows and movies. That sometimes gets me ideas. Other times I just have to wait until it suddenly hits me.

In Christina Rossetti's "A Wintry Sonnet," speakers include the moon and the ocean. Of which literary technique are such speaker
Maksim231197 [3]

Answer:

C. Personification

Explanation:

A Wintry Sonnet (Christina Rossetti)

<em>A Robin said: The Spring will never come,</em>

<em>  And I shall never care to build again.</em>

<em>A Rosebush said: These frosts are wearisome,</em>

<em>  My sap will never stir for sun or rain.</em>

<em><u>The half Moon said: These nights are fogged and slow,</u></em>

<em><u>I neither care to wax nor care to wane.</u></em>

<em><u>The Ocean said: I thirst from long ago,</u></em>

<em><u>  Because earth's rivers cannot fill the main.--</u></em>

<em>When Springtime came, red Robin built a nest,</em>

<em>  And trilled a lover's song in sheer delight.</em>

<em>  Grey hoarfrost vanished, and the Rose with might</em>

<em>  Clothed her in leaves and buds of crimson core.</em>

<em>The dim Moon brightened. Ocean sunned his crest,</em>

<em>  Dimpled his blue, yet thirsted evermore.</em>

<em />

Here we see that Christine Rossetti used personification as her main literary technique.

Personification is a literary technique in which a thing (object or animal) is given human attributes (ability to talk, to walk, to think...)

For example, we see in this poem, “<em><u>The half Moon said...</u></em>” we are giving the moon the ability to speak, which is a human quality. That's why we can say that the moon has been personified in the given poem. The same we can say about the ocean "<em><u>The Ocean said...",</u></em> the ocean is not a living being, it can't speak, so this is personification.

<u>There are a few reasons for using personification: </u>

  • it can be used as a method of imagery for a better understanding of some author's points of view
  • it can be used to emphasize some idea
  • it can be used to help paint a picture in your mind.

I hope it helped you :)

Brilliant_brown [7]

Answer:

antony was demanded the people to listen hear him. He tried to win the people over and support through logical explanations. He listed down the reasons for killing Caesar and was very concise in his speech as he believed the truth will convince the people and rally to his cause. The problem was the people didn’t connect with his arguments and he was too aloof in his approach that he failed to gain their support and he should make a speech wherein he had a personal connection with the crowd. Anthony on the other hand asked the people to hear him. His agreement of the senate’s actions was for the subtle purpose of discrediting all that they said. Listing down the achievements of Caesar, he was all manipulating the crowd by appealing to their emotion. As he made his speech, he was crying and this moved the crowd enabling him to win them over. Anthony was the better orator because of his use of emotion and facts
