Well, nobody is going to write the whole speech for you, but we can give you some hints as to what you can write about.
You can say how the youth has fewer problems accepting people from other nations than older generations, because we are more immersed in their culture than our parents and grandparents were. Many people have foreign friends who help them understand other cultures, and thus accept other societies. Nations get mixed all the time, and in the process create diversified multicultural societies which is something we should cherish, as every society has something unique to contribute to this new society we are creating every day.
