-The Major cities were Baghdad, Babylon, and Nippur, the capitol is Babylon.
-Mesopotamians developed glass, the Pythagorean Theorem, and ancient sanitation techniques.
-They created the wheel in approximately 3500 B.C. changing transportation forever.
-The ancient Mesopotamians had hundreds of gods they worshipped.
-Each city had its own god.
-There were different gods for different professions.
-At the age of only 12 girls were considered to be ready to get married.
-It is believed they invented the sailboat.
-Their religion didn't believe in the afterlife.

This is false. During World War II the United States had seen a huge increase in production of military goods, and when the war ended, a lot of these workers' lives were affected. This means food demand changed, meaning farmers were affected as well.
